About Theo-patra and Theopolis Vineyards

Theo-patra adopted her greek name while pledging Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. at Spellman College. A senior partner and trial lawyer at the Littler law firm, her passion for wine began upon her arrival to San Francisco from Texas in 1987. This led her to take several viticulture classes at UC Davis, before deciding to develop her own small-lot vineyard and hand-craft winery, located in California’s prestigious Yorkville Highlands of the Anderson Valley.  Established in 2003, Theopolis Vineyards received a rating of 94-96, a spectacular showing for the vintner’s first harvest in 2006.

About Michael Poole and Hot Chocolat

Michael D. Poole is an award-winning chef who has 30 years of experience as a firehouse cook for the Seattle Fire Department. He has been featured on The Rachael Ray Show, King 5 and Kiro 7 TV. Chef Poole is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris with Le Grande Diplome in Cuisine and Pastry. He specializes in French and Island cuisines, French pastries, and handcrafted artisanal chocolates. ”I was introduced to good food in my grandmother’s Santa Barbara kitchen. Although I became a firefighter by profession, I have always maintained a love of cooking. I take great pleasure in creating a meal that is both delightful to the senses and satisfying for the appetite.”
