February is National Heart Month. Heart Disease is the #1 Killer of women and it disproportionately affects African American women. The Minneapolis – St Paul Links Inc. wants to raise our voices about Heart Disease during the month of February! Our “EmpowHer for Heart Health” initiative will provide programming in Heart Health, designed to take an aggressive stance against cardiovascular disease through partnerships with community organizations, health practitioners and churches
Black women physicians will give you practical tips, and tools, healthy heart habits, lifestyle and mindfulness practices.
